Error in Patient Data in Abstract and Text

In the Brief Report titled "Characterizing 18 Years of the Death With Dignity Act in Oregon," published online April 6, 2017, there was an error in the data presented for number of patients in hospice care and number of patients with some college education. Where it was previously reported that there were 118 patients in hospice care, it now correctly reads 865; where it was previously reported that 92 patients had some college education, it now correctly reads 708 patients. This error was corrected in both the Results section of the abstract and article body. In the Results section of the article body, a median time to coma of 4 minutes was also reported; this has been corrected to 5 minutes. This article has been corrected online.
