We thank the reader for his comments concerning our review on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and the eye (especially the retina and the optic nerve). Piotr Kanclerz reviewed the studies reporting the OCT findings of the optic nerve in OSAS subjects. Most particularly, the authors cited the following reference1 "Grzybowski A, Ascaso FJ, Mateo J, Cabezón L, Casas P.
