Psoriasiform graft-versus-host disease distributed along Blaschko's lines

Abstract

The skin is one of the most frequently affected organs in chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). Cutaneous involvement of cGVHD presents varied features from lichenoid to sclerodermiform changes that some clinicians may find difficult to accurately diagnose, particularly when the cGVHD mimics other disease processes.
