Melanoma Mimicking Rosai-Dorfman Disease

Abstract

Despite advances in treatment and increased public awareness, the incidence of melanoma has dramatically increased over the last 50 years ^1,2. Primary and secondary prevention is critical for decreasing the incidence and improving outcomes in melanoma³. A proper clinical and histopathological diagnosis is necessary for definitive management.
